Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Shipping is free within the UK, £50 to Europe, £100 to the US & Canada and £150 to the rest of the world. There's a lower shipping fee on parts-only orders.
Do you sell through musical instrument stores?
Yes - check out our Dealers page. If you work for a retailer and are interested in stocking Fidelity Guitars, don't hesitate to get in touch with us through the form on the Contact page.
Do you endorse artists?
Yes, though please bear in mind that as a small custom shop we have to be quite selective. It doesn't hurt to ask though - feel free to get in touch for a chat.
Can I visit the workshop and try out the guitars?
Sure! Best to contact us in advance though - there are times when we'll be painting or running machinery, during which the workshop is off limits to the public. Alternatively, you can visit one of our dealers.
What if I want to return an order?
No problem - we're happy to accept returns on current stock or parts for any reason up to 14 days after delivery. Once received, we'll check the item over and as long as everything's in the same condition as it left us then we'll issue a refund asap. Unfortunately we can't refund the cost of return postage though.
We can't offer refunds on custom builds, but if you're not entirely happy with your new guitar then we'll ship it back here and carry on working until everything's exactly right.
If you think your guitar or part is faulty, please call or email us in the first instance. If possible we'll pay to get the item back here and fixed, but if it's something irreperable then we'll issue a full refund. Obviously this doesn't apply if your Hendrix tribute band decided to break out the lighter fuel - if you've broken something then let us known and we can quote for repairs.
